Workers Comp

Workers’ Compensation
It is important to know your rights and how to navigate the workers' compensation system if you get hurt on the job. First and foremost, Teamsters Local 384 members should immediately give notice to your supervisor or designee. Report the injury even if you do not anticipate missing time from work.
Workers' compensation (also known as workers’ comp) covers many types of accidents and repetitive injuries that private sector and public employees of Pennsylvania may suffer. Workers’ Compensation covers hearing and vision loss, burns, disease, orthopedic injuries, loss of limbs, scarring, and in the worst cases, death.
Willig, Williams & Davidson’s certified workers’ compensation and union attorneys have helped with benefits covering total disability, partial disability, specific loss, medical issues and loss of life. The law firm’s workers’ compensation lawyers also limit their representation to assisting injured workers and make sure their clients receive 100 percent of the benefits required by law. They have a reliable track record and are available to help our union members make certain they get the benefits they deserve.
